No Returns or Exchanges

At Linowears, all our products are made-to-order.
Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any orders once they are delivered.

Please ensure you carefully check the product details, size chart, and design before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

We take quality seriously.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

Once verified, we will replace the item or issue a refund, at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or made-to-order products


Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or shipped.


Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved due to a valid issue:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • It may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
